TV really is a waste of time. By cutting out television entirely or at least down to just a couple of hours a week, you will free up a lot of time to do other things and achieve your dreams. The average person watches a staggering 35 hours of television a week, just think about what you could do with just half of those hours every week.

Being debt free can allow you to really start living the life you want. Properly managing your finances will also give you a lot less to stress about. Paying off your debt will lead to reduced spending, and that means you can set more aside for your long-term financial goals and saving for retirement.
It’s Okay to Say No Sometimes
One of the ways we add clutter to our life is by agreeing to more than we can actually handle. If you say yes to everything, it is unlikely you are leaving another time for yourself and the important things in your life. The next time you are asked to do something, reflect upon the following before you give your answer: Will this be enjoyable? Do the benefits of doing it outweigh the stress? Will I be able to make a positive difference to my life or the lives of others by saying yes?
